My Entertainer is a Show-off

I've not been here for a while as there has been nothing going on. Nothing, that is, apart from the stuff too dull to report and the stuff so interesting* I'm too shy to tell you about it.

But here I am again with something a little bit dull but interesting enough to give me a decent title.

One of the pieces I have been learning in my piano lessons is "The Entertainer". Last week my teacher asked me to think about the character I want to portray with the piece and consider for example, slow and melancholy or quick and cheeky.

This week my teacher was very impressed. By combining slow and melancholy with quick and cheeky I produced "show-off". "Your Entertainer is a show-off!" my teacher remarked.
